SUBSTANCE: the bullet has an envelope and a slug, the envelope is made with a shoulder on the inner surface of the nose, a has a wall thickness in the point of the shoulder within 0.3 to 0.65 of the wall thickness before formation of the shoulder.
EFFECT: reduced probability of secondary hitting because of ricochets.
