SUBSTANCE: 9 mm-caliber pistol cartridge features length of 3.2-3.32d. Said cartridge comprises metal cartridge case with fuse, propellant charge and bullet. Bullet has ogival head part and ogivaled lead part. Bullet consists of lead core and bimetallic shell closed on ogival head node side and exposed on rear end of ogivaled part. Bullet has exposed cavity in core rear part. Bullet features weight of 5.91-6.22 g while ogivaled part length makes 1.1-1.2d. Bullet core has flat front end spaced from nose inner surface by 0.22-0.23d. Core rear side cavity surface represents a ball segment with radius of 0.39-0,42d where d is bullet caliber.
