FIELD: photographic materials.
SUBSTANCE: method is characterized by that in a process comprising development in standard developing solution, washing, fixation, bleaching in attenuating potassium hexacyanoferrate solution, washing, and final drying, development is preceded by short-time (30-60 sec) development in the same developing solution followed by short-time (1-4 min) ripening in air and bleaching is performed at potassium hexacyanoferrate concentration 2.5-3.0 g/L.
EFFECT: reduced optical density of photographic fog without loss in light sensitivity and information capacity.
