FIELD: methods of minerals flotation dressing.

SUBSTANCE: the invention concerns the methods of minerals flotation dressing and may be used for ores dressing, mainly for potassium ores dressing. The method will allow to considerably improve efficiency of slime removal of the ore with the potassium share insoluble sediment of up to 7 - 8 %, to reduce costs of flotation agents, to increase extraction of a useful component from ore at the expense of reduction of losses dealt with the slimes and to improve quality of a finished product. For this purpose the suspended ore before slam removal is directed to preliminary classification with formation of two streams, slime removal from which is executed separately. The undersized product of preliminary classification after treatment with reagents is directed to the slime flotation with production of a foamy non-utilizable slime and a chamber product, and a retained product of the preliminary classification is comminuted and fed to the reclassification. Then the undersized product of reclassification is combined with a chamber product of slime removal, then the integrated stream of the ore suspension is direct for a control slime removal with a consequent flotation of potassium chloride.

EFFECT: the invention ensures a considerable increase of efficiency of slime removal, to reduce costs of flotation agents, to increase extraction of the useful component, to reduce potassium losses, to improve quality of the finished product.
