FIELD: production of plastic preforms.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an injection molding machine for forming plastic preforms and a method of dismantle and reinstallation of puncheons in an injection molding machine for forming plastic preforms. The invention may be used in the injection molding machines capable to form simultaneously a set of preforms intended for postforming by injection-blow-molding of plastic bottles. The injection molding machine contains a top plate, a mobile plate carrying press-forms, a supporting beam for fixation of sponges, made out of two detachable component parts, some sets of puncheons fixed to the top plate, a plate carrying lower dies. The injection molding machine is supplied with the removable means capable to limit motion by the movable plate carrying the press-forms in a direction of the plate carrying the lower dies. The detachable component parts are formed by several located in parallel to each other and having equal height supporting cylinders, axes of which are in parallel to the direction of movement of the movable plate carrying the press-forms. The method of dismantle and reinstallation of puncheons in an injection molding machine provides separation of the movable plate connected with the top plate from located under it the plate carrying the lower dies. Then they place between the movable plate carrying the press-forms and the plate carrying the lower dies some sets of detachable component parts so that the movable plate could be installed on the previously selected distance from the plate carrying the lower dies. The movable plate is lowered in the direction of the plate carrying the lower dies in a position the corresponding to the previously defined distance, in which the movable plate rests on the detachable component parts. Separate and lift the top plate from the movable plate carrying the press-forms, which continues to rest on the detachable component parts. The technical result is reduction of time of dismantle and reinstallation of the puncheons.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of time of dismantle and reinstallation of the puncheons.
