FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in a conventional preform the spherical form of gate part creates an alternating angle of infrared beams refraction, which results in uneven heating of the preform during repeated heating. According to the versions of the inventions realisation, a preform (300, 400, 900) is used, as well as a composite die mould (600, 1000) to make a preform (300, 400, 900). The preform (300, 400, 900) is designed for further blow molding and comprises a neck part (302, 402, 902), a gate part (306, 406, 906), and also a body part (304, 404, 904) arranged between the neck part (302, 402, 902) and the gate part (306, 406, 906). The gate part (306, 406, 906) is coupled with a substantially cone-shaped form. In a version of inventions realisation, a substantially cone-shaped form is selected so that it substantially straightens the angle of beams refraction (206), used at the stage of blow moulding process.
EFFECT: preform made in a composite die mould according to inventions, provides for straightening of refraction angle, at least a part of multiple infrared beams around the gate part at the stage of the repeated heating in process of exhaust and blow moulding.
