FIELD: production of preliminary plastic pills.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a high capacity, high performance installation for production of preliminary plastic pills of so-called "preliminary produced moulds" (or "preforms"), and, in particular, the true invention is preferably usable in the machines, which are capable for simultaneous molding of a set of so-called " preliminary molded preforms " intended for following molding by blowing into appropriate off-the shelf containers, especially plastic bottles. The technical effect is reduction of an initial duration of a stage of refrigeration of the previously molded pills (performs), increased reliability and use of easily accessible and inexpensive materials and technologies. The device for transportation and refrigeration of the preforms contains a collecting and stirring element supplied with a set of collectors located according to a fixed geometrical scheme of distribution and made with a capability to contain an appropriate set of previously molded pills - preforms and also with a refrigerating system. The mentioned collecting element is installed with a capability of movement from a position of loading of the preliminary molded pills (performs) to some different positions located above the mentioned refrigeration system supplied with a set of cylinders positioned according to a set of the given but similar geometrical schemes of distribution displaced in respect to each other so that to prevent the cylinders hinder one another. The collecting and transposing element may selectively be placed in a position in a set of such positions, which ensure an accurate alignment in each of the mentioned positions of the collectors belonging to the fixed geometrical scheme of distribution and with the cylinders belonging to the fixed geometrical scheme of distribution, so that the previously molded pills (performs) can drop from the collectors precisely in the appropriate cylinders.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of an initial duration of the previously molded pills (performs) refrigeration, increased reliability and use of easily accessible and inexpensive materials and technologies.
