SUBSTANCE: wet has-holder has ring coaxial double-walled tank for liquid. Dome-like covering with the gas supplying pipe is provided above the inner wall of the tank. The space between the walls receives bell with centering rollers which can move up and down over the vertical line. The bottom part of the bell side is provided with openings which connect the under-bell space with the atmosphere when the bell is at the maximum level.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced consumption of materials for manufacturing.
