FIELD: municipal management and agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: bioreactor has wet gas holder of variable volume and methane tank for sequential phase-by-phase anaerobic fermentation of ground and liquefied organic wastes. Gas holder casing has bottom and lifting gas bell. Methane tank reservoir has conical dome, gas collector arranged above conical dome, and concentric partition coaxially connected from the top to dome. Partition is made in the form of truncated cone with downward oriented base and is adapted for dividing methane tank into outer and inner fermentation chamber. Bioreactor has branch pipe provided with T-piece arranged on the top thereof and adapted for introducing of ground and liquefied organic wastes into methane tank and branch pipes for discharging of fermented mass sediment and biogas from methane tank. Methane tank branch pipes are built into gas holder casing. Fermented mass sediment discharge branch pipe is equipped with outlet. Biogas discharge branch pipe is made in the form of coaxially mounted pipe fixed by means of centering carriers. Methane tank reservoir without its bottom, with its side wall, conical dome and gas collector above it and concentric partition coaxially connected from the bottom to dome is attached with its gas collector on biogas discharge branch pipe coaxially mounted in gas holder casing. Bioreactor may be used by people having farm or home's ground and keeping animals and birds or garden, where various organic wastes are constantly available and may be used for producing of combustible biogas for domestic purposes and high-quality fertilizer for horticulture. EFFECT: simplified manufacture and maintenance and availability for farm residents. 4 cl, 4 dwg
