Abstract RU 2246096 C1

FIELD: blasting operations and can be used in development and manufacture of capacitor blasting devices for initiation of electric detonators and electric primers.

SUBSTANCE: the blasting device has a generator with a voltage rectifier-multiplier, capacitor-accumulator, electronic threshold switch and discharge resistors, introduced are a voltage regulator, current indicator with a light-emitting diode, resistive short-circuit current limiter of the electric blasting circuit and a starting capacitor, the first stage of the voltage rectifier-multiplier is connected via a switching diode to the voltage regulator, the capacitor-accumulator is shunted by a discharge resistor via the break contacts of the "blast" button, the input of the electronic threshold switch and the starting capacitor are interconnect in parallel and connected via series-connected resistive divider, make contacts of the "blast" button and a diode to the output of the rectifier-multiplier; the connection of the capacitor-accumulator, current indicator with a light-emitting diode, voltage regulator and the electronic threshold switch with the mentioned resistive short-circuit current limiter of the electric blasting circuit in its output stage is made in the form of a bridge, in which the capacitor-accumulator and the current indicator with a light-emitting diode are connected to one opposite arms of the bridge, in which the capacitor-accumulator and the current indicator with a light-emitting diode are connected to one opposite arms of the bridge, the voltage regulator and the electronic threshold switch with the starting capacitor and the resistive short-circuit current limiter of the electric blasting circuit - to the other opposite arms of the bridge, and the discharge resistor is connected to the output diagonal.

EFFECT: provided a high reliability and safety of operation of the capacitor blasting device in blasting operations.
