SUBSTANCE: device contains an uninterruptible power supply, its output is connected to the 1st terminal of the first toggle-switch and the input of the stabilized power supply unit, the positive and common terminals of which are connected to the power circuit of the logic elements, circuits and blocks, the bridge rectifier, the negative terminal of which is connected to the common bus, connected to the 2nd terminal of the storage capacitor, the input of the 1st electronic switch is connected to the positive terminal of the bridge rectifier, and the output is connected to the anode of the 1st diode, the 1st terminal of the storage capacitor is connected to the first terminals of the 2nd toggle-switch, the 1st inductor, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th coils of the 2nd inductor, the second terminals of the 1st inductor, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th coils of the 2nd inductor are connected to the cathodes of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th diodes respectively, and to the first terminals of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th electronic keys respectively, the second terminals of which are connected to the anodes of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th diodes respectively, a discharge current indicator of the first inductor, a programmable master oscillator connected via an amplifier-limiter with galvanic isolation to the input of the control signals driver, the first terminal of which is connected through the first driver to the control input of the first electronic switch, and the 3rd and 4th terminals are connected to the first inputs of the 1st and 2nd AND elements, respectively, the outputs of which are connected through the 3rd and 4th drivers to the control inputs of the 3rd and 4th electronic keys, respectively, the 2nd, 5th and 6th drivers, the outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of the 2nd, 5th and 6th electronic switches respectively, the two-position switch the 2nd and 5th terminals of which are connected to the common terminal, the resistor, the control panel, connected to the control input of the digital timer, the output of which is connected to the control input of the control signals driver, and through the "NOT" element is connected to the input of the audible signaling unit. In addition, an adjustable high-frequency pulse voltage converter is inserted into the device, its input is connected to the 2nd terminal of the first toggle-switch, the first high voltage output of which is connected to the first terminal of the bridge rectifier, and the second high voltage AC terminal is connected through the series-connected high-frequency choke to the second terminal of the bridge rectifier, the charge current sensor connected with the first terminal to the cathode of the 1st diode, the 3rd inductor shunted back on by the 7th diode. The first terminal of the 3rd inductor is connected to the 2nd terminal of the charge current sensor, and the 2nd terminal is connected to the first terminal of the storage capacitor, the charge current indicator connected to the output of the charge current sensor, the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th diodes, the cathodes of which are connected to the 2nd terminal of the 2nd toggle-switch, and their anodes are respectively connected to the 1st terminals of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th electronic switches, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th discharge current sensors included between the 2nd terminals of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th electronic swithes, respectively, and the common bus, the display of the discharge current of the coils of the 2nd inductor, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th inputs of which are connected respectively to the outputs of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th discharge current sensors, the output of the first discharge current sensor is connected to the input of the discharge current indicator of the first inductor, the 3rd and 4th "AND" elements, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the 5th and 6th drivers, respectively, and the first inputs are respectively connected to the 5th and 6th terminals of the control signals driver, the second terminal of which is connected to the first terminal of the on-off switch, the sixth terminal of which is connected to the positive terminal of the stabilized power supply through the resistor, and the fourth terminal of the on-off switch is connected to the second inputs of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th "AND" elements, the exposure time indicator connected to the output of a digital timer. In this case, the 1st and 3rd inductors are made in the form of flat coils of spiral winding, and the second inductor in the form of four separate flat square coils encased in individual plastic shells.
EFFECT: device provides for the effect on plants of immobile, rotating or running pulsed magnetic fields and a change in their spatial-dynamic characteristics with the multivariance of the arrangements of radiating inductors in the increased space of the working area and, at the same time, allows the target program action on plant cultures to be performed by a periodic sequence of magnetic induction pulses of a given amplitude that allows to strengthen metabolic processes, to influence the functional state of plants and to perform researches of the biotissue electrodynamic properties.
