FIELD: production of knapsack-type articles.

SUBSTANCE: bag has two panels adapted for placement on user's chest and back, device manufactured with the use of soft porous material and adapted for resting upon user's shoulder, and belt for attachment of bag to user's body. Each of said panels has rectangular portion and portion arranged above rectangular portion and narrowing in upward direction. Device for resting upon user's shoulder is attached to upper parts of narrowing portions of panels and is made in the form of pad of porous material equipped with carcass formed as net of soft metal wire, said carcass being put inside pad in parallel with lower side thereof. Fasteners are arranged at ends of pad to impart wedge-shaped configuration to said pad for convenient carrying of bag on shoulder. Faceplate from leather, leather substitute or high-density fabric is fastened to lower side of pad and rigid layer is fastened to upper side pad. Pocket with flap is attached to rectangular portion of one of panels. Belt is connected to each panel by means of two strips.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of loading over the entire area of contact with shoulder and comfortable usage.
