FIELD: medicinal packs for storage, transportation and fast preparing of medical instruments, dressing and drug preparations for immediate use. SUBSTANCE: medicinal kit pack has case, two shoulder belts fastened to case rear wall, each of belts being equipped with retainer for fastening of shoulder belt in lower part of case, waist belt, two handles connected with one another by first detachable retaining coupling and arranged on the top of case or laterally thereof. One of handles is immovably fixed on front wall and other handle on rear wall of case. Two horizontal tension belts are fixed in parallel with one another around case in its mid portion. First outer pocket closed with flap equipped with zipper-type or velcro-type fastener is immovably fixed to front case wall. Second outer pocket is immovably attached to rear case wall in its upper part for fixing shoulder belts during transportation of medicinal kit pack in hands. Waist belt retaining flap is immovably fixed in lower part of case. Case has large tray-shaped closure and small flat cover. Six internal pockets and three internal patch pockets are arranged inside case. Detachable bag-insert with two additional internal patch pockets are available.
