SUBSTANCE: rabbet plane has shaped platform with longitudinal groove for planning ridge on the side of a board, lateral slot in the platform for discharging wood chip, triangle sloped guide for cutting tool, pressing plate which bears on the axle and is used for clamping of the cutting tool, stop screw for locking the cutting tool, guiding plate, pins, and stop screws, which allow the tool to move parallel to the side of the board to be worked.
