FIELD: woodworking, in particular, machines for production of plane surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: according to the first modification, the machine has a bearing beam installed on the lower support, and a planning tool. The bearing beam is made on the lateral sides with through vertical rectangular holes with rounded-off angles, the bearing beam carries two vertical parallel guide supports with round through holes on the sides, having rectangular superposed plates on the outer lateral sides with round through holes for installation of tightening pins with a thread, and connecting components on the lateral end faces of the guide supports binding the supports together. Superposed plates are installed on the upper end faces of the vertical guide supports, they are made in the form of rectangular strips with a width equal to or exceeding the width of the upper end faces of the vertical guide supports, the vertical guide supports are provided with a mechanism of fine supports are provided with a mechanism of fine adjustment of the height of their lifting and with two scales of the lifting height level, and tightening components are installed on both sides of the binding pins. Various specific cases of the design of the machine of the given modification are also claimed. According to the second modification, the machine is featured by the fact that a metal section for linear surface gauging is installed on the upper plane of the bearing beam, and a planning tool is fixed with the aid of two angle pieces, the tool is made in the form of an electric plane tool with a front and rear pressing rollers installed by means of brackets. The plane tool has a metal platform with a cross groove for exit of chips, and the front and rear handles fastened by screws, planning knife installed at an acute or right angle relative to the longitudinal axis of planning and secured by a lock screw, support for installation of the planning knife. The metal platform is U-shaped with stiffening ribs turned over upwards, points of support on the horizontal and vertical planes are positioned on the outer sides of the stiffening rib, they are made in the form of rotating components installed on fixed axles. The points of support on the horizontal plane are arranged coaxially, and the points of support on the vertical plane are installed on brackets, besides, the support for installation of the planning knife has a doubled mechanism for adjustment of the planning knife.
EFFECT: enhanced rate and quality of board processing.
