FIELD: waste water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removing bottom sediments formed during industrial waste water treatment process, in particular on petroleum processing enterprises. Removal of bottom sediment is accomplished by dehydration of sediment-water slurries followed by triple heat treatment of sediment with hot water at 80°C for 24 h each time. Thereafter, sediment is subjected to anaerobic biological treatment with consumption of biomass 0.1-0.15 m3/m3 and concentration 8-10 kg/m3 at 20-25°C for 20 days followed by aerobic stabilization at 20-30°C for 24 h. Thus treated sediment is then mixed with ground and sawdust at ratio 1:1:1 and subjected to aerobic post-treatment at 20-30°C, relative humidity 40-60%, and consumption of biomass (concentration 3-5 kg/m3) 0.1-0.2 m3/m3.
EFFECT: increased bottom sediment cleaning efficiency.
