FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiological purification of oil slimes. Proposed method is performed in three step. First step, anaerobic stratification, is effected in presence of mathanogenic bacteria at 15-50°C for 18-29 days and with biostimulant added, in particular distillery dregs at volume ratio oil slime/mathanogenic bacteria/biostimulant = 1:(0.1-0.2):(0.1-0.2). Second stage, anaerobic stabilization, is effected in presence of iron- and oil-oxidizing bacteria, arthrobacteria, micobacteria, and rhodococcuses for 1-2 days at 10-25°C and consumption of air 30-50 m3 per 1 m3 slime. Third stage, aerobic posttreatment, is effected in 0.2 m layer under environmental conditions for 6-8 days with nutrient elements at C/N/P ratio 100:5:1, and a waste-decontaminating preparation appropriate for remediation of land ("Biorem") at oil slime/Biorem ratio 1:0.005.
EFFECT: increased degree of oil slime purification and decreased volume of waste.
