FIELD: science of materials for building, particularly for road-building.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying wet material mixture and bitumen heated up to 100-160oC on pavement surface, wherein mineral mixture has humidity of 2.5-6% of dry mineral mixture mass; mixing above components by feeding mineral mixture under pressure of 7-10 Atm through the first hose to ejection gunited plant simultaneously with applying heated bitumen under pressure through the second hose; applying the obtained high-pressure mixture on pavement, wherein bitumen mineral mixture spray discharged from nozzle is directed at an angle of 35-55o to pavement surface.
EFFECT: improved bitumen film adhesion to mineral material surface, enlarged time period suitable to perform road repairing due to possibility to repair roads at low temperatures and due to possibility to prepare bitumen-mineral mixture in-situ; increased water-proofness and frost-proofness of pavement.
