FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas-turbine engines.
SUBSTANCE: method of attenuating acoustic noises, appearing in gas-turbine engine as a result of interaction of movable blades of rotor blade assembly and fixed blades of stator blade assembly located behind rotor blade assembly in direction of flow, comes to the following: acoustic counter-noise opposite in phase is created which is formed by delivering fluid medium under pressure into channel of gas passing through holes whose number is equal to number of fixed blades of stator blade assembly. Fluid medium is delivered under pressure in form of solid jets passing through holes at front of rotor blade assembly. Angular position of said holes is adjusted relative to fixed blade so that acoustic waves created at interaction of jets with movable blades be in counter phase to acoustic waves created at interaction of movable blades with fixed blades. Holes are made in ring and they can be turned around axis of rotation of engine rotor through angle at least equal to angular pitch between two adjacent fixed blades.
EFFECT: provision of attenuation of acoustic noise appearing in gas-turbine engine at interaction of movable blades of rotor blades assembly with fixed blades of stator blade assembly.
