FIELD: measuring engineering.

SUBSTANCE: outer rigid high-pressure pipe is covered from inside with a penetrable diffusion layer and provided with holes which extend outside up to the diffusion layer. The inner rigid transporting pipe is also used. The pipe is provided with openings which extend from inside up to the diffusion layer interposed between inner and outer pipes.

EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
