FIELD: constructional engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipeline leak control. The main pipeline for leak control and localisation contains apertured supporting pipe covered, by its external surface, with controlled substance permeable layer and having longitudinal electroconductor layer where the substance can, at least, permeate and which ohmic resistance depends on permeated substances. Invention also includes leak control and localisation device and method of leak control.
EFFECT: possibility of rapid detection of leak and its localisation.
