SUBSTANCE: proposed oxygen-iodine laser has singlet oxygen generator with built-in gas flow guides, iodine injector, nozzle assembly, and optical cavity; iodine injector, nozzle assembly, and optical cavity are disposed between inner surfaces of guide inside singlet oxygen generator.
EFFECT: reduced size, simplified design, enhanced operating reliability.
