FIELD: radio communications engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system designed for use in digital telecasting by ground television networks within ultrahigh frequency band and over satellite communication systems has sending and receiving ends. Novelty is introduction of second photoelectric converter, three video signal analog-to-digital converters, second audio signal analog-to-digital converter, three code shapers, pulse counter, flip-flop, two switches, and two channels in radio signal transmitter on sending, end as well as second and third video signal code reception and processing channels, second audio channel, radiator, and separate frame viewing unit on receiving end. Effective frequency band is 356 Hz, clock frequency, 54 MHz, line repetition frequency, 31.25 kHz, frame repetition frequency, 50 Hz; raster scanning is progressive.
EFFECT: provision for stereo effect in viewing television programs.
