FIELD: radio communication equipment used by ground TV systems for digital television in range of decimetric waves and in satellite communication lines. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in increased resolution of image by factor of 2.5 with number of resolution elements in frame equal to 1032480. This technical result is achieved by insertion of former of codes of brightness signal and second channel comprising amplitude modulator and output amplifier into transmission side of system including transmission and reception sides. The other side incorporates second path of reception of signal codes, unit processing codes of first color-difference signal and unit processing codes of second color- difference signal and frequency synthesizer. In this case occupied frequency band is 268 Hz, number of resolution elements in frame is 1032480, clock frequency is 66.96 MHz. EFFECT: increased resolution of image. 15 dwg, 1 tbl
