FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: incubator has heat-insulating casing with windows in its walls, incubation chamber, chute block arranged inside incubation chamber and incorporating egg chutes, egg chute rotation mechanism, electric heater, vent system with fan, drive and air circulation vent windows for circulation of air in incubation chamber, air moistening unit, sensor unit including temperature controlling and air medium moisture content controlling sensors, and incubator control system with power unit. Incubator is provided with air medium drying system for freezing-type drying of air medium in incubation chamber, emergency system positioned in the vicinity of wall of heat-insulating casing and adapted for water-gas heating of air medium in incubation chamber. Emergency system has heat source, regulator, heat supply channel for supplying of heat into incubator and heat withdrawal channel for withdrawal of heat from incubator, said channel being arranged in wall of heat-insulating casing. Sensor unit is further equipped with sensors for controlling carbon dioxide and oxygen content in air medium. Vent system for air circulation in incubation chamber is further provided with horizontal partition having side walls and influx window in one of said side walls. Said partition defines horizontal air channel for joining of air flow from incubation chamber and fresh air flow, and is positioned in the vicinity of upper wall of heat-insulating casing. Incubator has vertical dividing partition with windows and baffles inclined at an angle below 900 in direction of air flow. Said partition defines vertical air recirculation channel, incubation chamber and chamber for preparing of air mixture, the latter being defined by upper partition and rear wall of heat-insulating casing. Air drying system has compressor, air freezer with coolant, moisture collecting and removing trough arranged in lower part of air freezer, freezing extent and air quality sensors, and vertical L-shaped air flow divider with window arranged in short upper part of partition connected with wall of heat-insulating casing.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in creating of optimal uniform temperature and moisture air medium mode and wider range of use.
