SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of equipment for automobile tires producing industry and intended for the second stage of assembly of tire casings of radial air tires using diaphragm-free molding. The barrel for assembly and molding of the tire casings of pneumatic tires includes a driving shaft with the movable along the shaft the bodies, mounted on the bodies sealing elements, the expanding elements, drives of the synchronous motion of the expanding elements and elastic profiled rings interacting with the sealing elements. The elastic profiled rings are installed on the supports made in the form of the double-armed levers pivotally fixed by the middle part of the expanding elements. The invention improves quality of produced tire casings, is easy in operation and reduces duration required for its maintenance.
