SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the rubber industry, in particular, to the motor car pneumatic tires production and may be used for assemblage of the radial tire covers of the pneumatic tires. The drum head for the pneumatic tires building and formation contains the driving shaft with the moving along the shaft bodies, the release components installed on the bodies by the slewing ends and the elastic component. The elastic component is connected to the free ends of the release components. The drum head has drive gears of the synchronous relocation of the release components. The slewing ends of the release components are made in the form of the toroidal segments and are mounted in the annular support. The free ends of the release components by their protrusions are located in the limiting grooves of the bodies. The invention ensures simplification of the design of the drum head, the increased accuracy of alignment of the details of the tire cover, and also ensures the uniform action of the elastic components on the side areas of the tires covers, increases its quality and improves operational properties.
