SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic or semiautomatic changing of bicycle speeds. First sensor in form of ring element 300 with magnets 304 has splines 354, 358 for definite angular arrangement relative to unit of sprockets coaxial to ring element 300. Second sensor is installed on shifter and is provided with sensor components 308A, 308B displaced relative to each other in circumference to determine speed of rotation and angular position of sprockets which are furnished with device to facilitated transfer of chain from sprocket to sprocket. Said information provides possibility of switching on motor for gear shifting just in moment when guide roller of shifted is close to chain transfer facilitating device.
EFFECT: provision of stepless gear shifting, reduced number of wires.
