FIELD: treatment plants.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention pertains to a filter-jug (1) with an exchangeable cartridge (8), which contains a container (6), containing water, which requires filtration, and a container (10) for collecting filtered water. The containers are connected through the cartridge (8), and also a means (18) for counting the number of filtration cycles carried out by the cartridge to determine the degree of depletion of the last one. Invented is equipment for calculating the number filtration cycles by at least one float-type level indicator (19), connected with one of the indicated containers (6, 10) and is capable of generating at least one calculation signal, entering the counter as a result of water reaching the proper level in the suitable container.
EFFECT: filtering liquids, particularly drinking water.
