FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has support frame with coil mounted thereon with profiled axial aperture, flexible link with friction coils on coil, column pipe with leading bar in profiled aperture of coil and a float. At service watercraft two loading gears are mounted, each of which is connected to one of ends of flexible link. At leading bar a feeding roller is placed with possible rotation relatively to bar. Float is made with two through channels for flexible link for rotation of drilling stand. Plant is provided with feeding loop, fixed at frame and contouring rollers at float.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
