FIELD: temperature controlling and adjusting systems.

SUBSTANCE: device has local controller, down-sensor of heat carrier temperature and temperature sensors for outer and inner air, placed respectively on one of outer building fronts and indoors on the side of same front, connected to inputs of local controller from 1 to 3. at pipelines of heating system following devices are mounted: adjusting valve, connected to outer heating networks, circulation pump and linking pipe between then with a check valve, connecting feeding and backward pipelines. Executing mechanism of adjusting valve and electric drive of circulation pump are connected to outputs 1 and to of local controller. Also, automated adjustment system has additional adjusting valves and air temperature sensors. According to proposed solution, automated adjustment system has an additional controller and hydraulic distributors with branches of heating system at building fronts, at the same time at all or several feeding or backward branches, enveloping building fronts excluding the northern one, additional adjusting valves with executing mechanisms from 1 to m are mounted. Also, additional temperature sensors of outer air from 1 to j and from inner air from 1 to I are placed at remaining outer fronts and by one in rooms of each front, enveloped by branches with additional adjusting valves. Also, executing mechanisms from 1 to m are connected to outputs of additional controller from 1 to m, and temperature sensors for outer from 1 to j and inner from 1 to I air are connected to its respective inputs from 1 to (j+i) or through communication adapter to 1 digital communication port of additional controller, while 2 digital communication port of additional controller is connected to digital communication port of local controller.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, broader functional capabilities.
