FIELD: automatic digital control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic digital control and can be used to control heating systems. Essence of the invention is that the device maintains the required temperature, pressure and supply of the heat carrier in the heating system by controlling the opening degree of the feed gate and controlling the intensity of the circulation pump, according to readings from several ambient air temperature sensors and several room temperature sensors. At the same time, in order to reduce water temperature in the heating circuit, the gate valve limits the supply of the heat carrier, while the circulation pump is started to maintain the required pressure in the heating system. Device includes a cascade of proportional-integral-differential heat carrier temperature regulators, an independent proportional-integral-differential pressure regulator of a variable structure, a calculator unit, a limitation control unit and a neural network adjuster unit.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of air temperature control in a room depending on environmental conditions and features of heated rooms, which leads to reduction of energy costs.
