SUBSTANCE: system has controller, submersible heat carrier temperature transducer and external and internal air temperature transducers arranged over the northern building elevation and in the premises of this building elevation and connected to controller inputs, respectively. Heat exchange unit is connected to external heating network via control valve on one side and to the northern building elevation heating system branches via circulation pump and submersible heat carrier temperature transducer on descending branch behind the heat exchange unit on the other side.
