FIELD: data transfer methods.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for transmitting digital electric signals from transmitter to receiver, both disposed on two-wire communication line incorporating voltage supply, includes transfer of binary-coded logical signal by shorting out the line through transmitter with aid of electric switch and reading out signal voltage in second line by means receiver. First pole of voltage supply and first wire of communication line are grounded and second wire of communication line is connected to second pole of voltage supply through resistor; first wire of communication line is grounded through additional resistor whose rating equals that of first resistor; signal transmission and voltage signal read-out are effected relative to first wire of line.
EFFECT: enhanced effective range and reliability of communications due to reduced noise immunity.
