SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out surgical wound exploration, withdrawing foreign bodies from the wound, removing hematoma, devitalized tissues and bone fragments, arresting bleeding, making wound excision, bathing wound with antiseptic solutions, setting wound drainage, removing, cleaning and autotransplanting free bone fragments, immobilizing bone fragments in Ilizarov apparatus, closing wounds with sutures. After having removed free bone fragments, arterial blood vessel is exposed in the wound region and adventitial tunic of the arterial blood vessel is excised. Then free bone fragments are autotransplanted. Anesthetic solution with spasmolytic agent is optionally intra-arterially introduced for improving blood circulation due to blood vessel dilation after having excised the adventitial tunic.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved conditions for invasion of vascular and other types of tissues into free bone fragments.
