SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for surgical management of current bone fracture in unstable osteosynthesis. That is ensured by administering 5–10 ml of bone marrow and 15 ml of patient's vein into current bone fracture.
EFFECT: method allows reducing the length of fractures union by stimulating osteogenesis.
