FIELD: methods for sawing for separation of wallboard or board of non-magnetic material from the blank.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in sawing in the blank longitudinal direction by means of a metal saw blade, having teeth on the front edge. The blade lateral position inside the blank is measured by means of a device for measurement of the distance over the entire sawn blank, a control magnetic force is produced in the lateral direction, it is directed inside the blank in the direction to the blade adjusting the blade position by means of a device for production of magnetic field positioned on one or both sides of the blank. The control magnetic force is calculated on the basis of the value of distance, the information on it provides a device for distance measurement. The magnetic polarity is imparted to the blade, making it in the form of a DC conductor, at least in the point of sawing.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of sawing.
