SUBSTANCE: device comprises winding, winding-out, and supporting rollers, guiding rollers with the pressing planks, two double-arm levers with weights, loading screw, rods, recorder, photodetector unit, and scales. The double-arm levers are mounted on the prisms and carry the bottom guiding roller with the pressing plank, light, axles of the loading screw, and ties of the recorder. The heater is mounted nearby the section of the material to be investigated.
