FIELD: transport engineering; bicycles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bicycle speed change control devices operated by cable. Intermediate member 18 is connected with bracket 14 by means of hinge pin 38 for turning around area 39 of hinge joint, being cross section of hinge pin 38. Guide surface 55 of cable is arranged visually intersecting area 39 of hinge joint in projection to axis of hinge joint. Intermediate member 18 can be arranged on inner side of bracket 14, and cable guide roller 54 can be arranged on outer side surface of bracket 14. Axis of cable guide roller 54 can be arranged on intermediate member 18 between area 39 of hinge joint and connecting mechanism in form of lever links 58, 62. Invention is aimed at elimination of undesirable tensioning of cable when intermediate member 18 turns relative to hinge pin 38 at changing of speeds.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of speed change control.
