FIELD: packing equipment, particularly for inserting piece goods, for instance cans, in packages, namely in boxes.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises rotary means with radial grippers, additional shafts, feeder for goods, box support and drive. Grippers are connected to additional shafts. Additional shafts are installed inside rotor and connected to radial spokes. Additional shafts are provided with periodic rotary drive, which actuates motionless disc cam with shaped profile corresponding to additional shafts. Feeder includes accumulator, product former and agitator. Product layer former is made as fork. Fork base joins to accumulator. Each finger of former consists of two mutually perpendicular guides. Each pair of adjacent fingers forms path for goods. Grippers are fork-like. Each gripper is fixedly secured to corresponding additional shaft by means of shaped rod. Automatic equipment of the device provides a number of blocking positions.
EFFECT: increased output, improved packing quality, reduced power inputs for goods packing.
