FIELD: packing equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment used for stowing cans in containers. Proposed machine has accumulator-layer former, magazine-layer former, magazine-feeder of linings, container support device, articles and linings gripping mechanism, and drive. Grips for articles and linings secured on outlet member of mechanism execute complex motion in plane. Mechanism is furnished also with follower consisting of vertical plate with shaped slot and roller for interaction with slot of plate and secured on outlet member.
