FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: electromechanical system of steam turbine control and protection can be used in manufacture, renovation and operation of steam turbines in power plants, and which contains a controller and a protection unit. There is a stopping valve and a regulating valve controlled by an autolock, a servo motor and piston rods respectively on the line for supplying fresh steam by a pipeline a steam turbine. There are rigidly mounted rotors of electromagnetic couplings with control windings on shafts of the reducer gears. The anchors moving in the axial direction enter the gear swivel coupling with the rotors. The anchors are mounted on shafts of the electric actuating mechanisms via splined swivel couplings. In this case the control windings of rotors of autolocks and servo motor are connected to the outlet of an electronic safety machine; control input and control inputs of the winding of the servo motor electromagnetic coupling of the regulating valve are connected to the outputs with communication lines. Inputs of the electronic safety machine and electrical frequency and power regulator are connected to the frequency and power sensors with communication lines installed in the diagram of electric circuits and generator protections. Control inputs of the electric actuating mechanism of the autolock of the stopping valve are connected to an output of the device of automatic reciprocation and charging of the stopping valve with communication lines.

EFFECT: increased reliability, efficiency, speed and accuracy of CAP, simplified design and reduced size.
