FIELD: performance of thermal and physical measurements.
SUBSTANCE: proposed differential micro-calorimeter includes heavy central unit and two calorimetric cells which are provided with measuring thermopiles connected in opposition and thermal feedback heaters. Connected to one of measuring thermopiles is shunt at resistance ensuring linearity of thermal feedback.
EFFECT: extended dynamic range; enhanced accuracy; increased resolving power.
