FIELD: technology of natural substances.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for isolating pectin from the vegetable raw. Sunflower heads and citrus husks are milled separately and extracted with ethyl acetate and then after separation of extract solid phases are extracted with liquid acetylene. Prepared solid phases are mixed and subjected for hydrolysis-extraction and the end product is isolated from liquid phase separated after hydrolysis-extraction.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
