Method involves milling sunflower heads and citrus husks, their successive extraction with acetone firstly and then after separation of extract extraction of solid phases with liquid carbon dioxide, hydrolysis-extraction of mixture of solid phases, separation of liquid phase and isolation of the end product from its. Invention provides enhancing quality of the end product.
