FIELD: technology of natural substances.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for isolating pectin from the vegetable raw. Sunflower heads and citrus husks are milled separately and extracted successively with dimethylformamide firstly and then after separation of extract solid phases are extracted with liquid carbon dioxide. Prepared solid phases are mixed and subjected for hydrolysis-extraction. The end product is isolated from liquid phase separated after hydrolysis-extraction.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
