FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes technical control of well support condition during operation thereof by estimating condition of cement ring in behind-column space with time. According to invention, sample of cementing material is extracted. Standard pieces are manufactured from sample. These are used to determine durability and gas-penetrability of cementing material. Special pieces are made of contact portions of cementing materials with casing string and rock, and also from the middle of cementing material. Micro-structural analysis of pieces is performed with observation of hydration, new formations, gel-forming, changes of porosity and cracks amount. Received data are used to determine technical condition of well and planned service duration. Processes in the well are modeled under lab conditions on basis of standard samples, on basis of results of which condition of cementing material in behind-column space is estimated in time.
