FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed track section support, particularly, support for switch section with cross sections differing from each other along track section includes several points of support, each provided with pad such as ribbed plate and, if necessary, pointer pad, or support post and elastic material lining placed between pad and support base, such as tie or reinforced concrete base provided with adjoining surface. Lining is rectangular, being provided with cross edges passing along track section, and longitudinal edges passing across track section and arranged along longitudinal axis of lining. Each point of support or, mainly, each point of support with due account of rail section resting on support or rail sections resting on support through support base coordination of elastic rigidity of lining with resistance moment of section of track resting on support point, have equal maximum sag. Lining has first section enclosing pad by edges through which it is pressed to adjoining surface of support base, and second section arranged inside first section which is remote from adjoining surface of support base at pad non-loaded or loaded by wheel. Second section in central zone of lining is provided with cavities in form of bone extending from each longitudinal edge and arranged symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of lining. Said cavities limit third section remote from surface of adjoining of support base with pad non-loaded or loaded by wheel. When such support is used, line of sagging, for instance, in zone of which or intersection corresponds to line of sagging of standard rail.
EFFECT: provision of required sag.
