FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: rail fastener comprises pad (100) and rail fastener flexible holder (7) that serves to hold inner stock rail (2). One surface of said pad comprises rail support area (110) wherein said inner stock rail (2) is located in pad operating position. Holder (7) comprises elongated element with its one end accommodating nose part (71) resting upon rail (2), and its other end accommodating heel part (72). Proposed fastener comprises also appliances (101, 102) designed to keep holder (7) in two positions in said fastener. Appliance (101) comprises first support surface (101a) arranged on pad (100) in second area (120), distant from area (110). Heel part (72) of holder (7) rests on aforesaid area to prevent shift of holder (7) from the rail. Fastener comprises also loading device (9) to deflect vertically holder (7) to load nose part (71). Loading device (9) has a slope arranged nearby rail support area (110). Note here that holder (7) can be fitted in fastener on applying force to heel part (72) of holder (7) directed towards rail support area (110). Force load is applied when nose part (71) slides up along aforesaid slope on rail (9) and unless heel part (72) comes in contact with first support surface (101a).

EFFECT: higher reliability, simple servicing.
