FIELD: development of offshore and driver bottom deposits.
SUBSTANCE: proposed suction-tube dredger intake device contains suction head with protective screen and nozzles, and pipelines for delivery of water. Intake device is furnished with rocking frame installed for contact with ground and provided with row of semicylindrical suction channels in lower part nonuniformly distributed over perimeter of frame. Extreme ribs of protective screen are made hollow, with channel to deliver water, or air and water. Central ribs are made solid, being mounted with tilting relative to longitudinal axis of protective screen, and are provided with ripping teeth. Water nozzles are installed in lower part of ribs, and possibility of delivery of air to nozzles is provided. Water nozzles are made radially slotted. Teeth are displaced in horizontal plane relative to each other and are turned in opposite sides. Water nozzles in lower part of ribs of protective screen are made coaxially to ribs. Water nozzles are made with tilting relative to axes of ribs of protective screen.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of preparation of pulp, taking in ground and suction.
